The full program schedule is shown to every Coordinator. Some items depend on your situation — your payment basis, whether an audit is required — so simply disregard what doesn't apply, the same way the Handbook lists every deadline for everyone. Reports and payment requests are submitted in ZoomGrants; alerts link there, they don't replace it.
