Inbox
Admin & staffEverything waiting for a CFSC decision, across content approvals, public-link requests, moderation, and support. Once any admin acts, the item clears here for everyone — the list below the queue shows who handled what recently.
Waiting for a decision

Recently handled
The latest decisions, with who acted — resolved items are history here, never actionable.

Library content is reviewed before publishing. Open a submission to review its details, then approve or send it back. Discussions post freely — only reported items go to Moderation.
Library content submissions
Resources shared to the Content Library that are waiting for a CFSC decision.
| Submission | Type | Submitted by | When |

Training submissions
Recordings and trainings posted by Coordinators. Approve to publish to the Training Library, or send back / decline.
Review checklist (accessibility): ① captions are on at the source (or a CC file is attached), ② the transcript is linked. Each row shows the submission's claim — send it back if either is missing. Platform how-tos live in Support & Help › Captions & transcripts.

External public links
CFSC-controlledContributors request a no-sign-in public link from their resource page; approving turns the link on and notifies them, declining keeps the resource Hub-only (also with a notification). Every live link is listed below - turning one off revokes every shared copy immediately. All switches land in the audit log.
Every live link also appears automatically on the public directory page at /shared — one no-sign-in page Coordinators can put on a website, in social posts, or behind a QR code.

Discussion moderation
Threads are open by default; member reports land here. Open the thread to see the issue in context, then hide it (members stop seeing it until you reinstate it) or resolve/dismiss the report. Every moderation action is recorded in the audit log.
Archives
Nothing on the Hub is deleted outright. Coordinators archive their own resources and discussions; CFSC staff can archive anything, including policy trackers, training recordings, and grant deadlines. Everything archived lands here so a second set of eyes decides what happens next: Restore puts it straight back on the Hub, Delete permanently removes it for good. Both actions are recorded in the audit log.

Mentorship connections
Every mentoring connection across the network, so CFSC can see the program working without running it by email. Direct chats between members are private and are not listed, and message content is never shown for any conversation.

Grant Administration Alerts
Add an alertEvery deadline ever entered, on a Grant Award Period of Performance basis. Past alerts deactivate 30 days after their deadline and leave member views, but are never deleted, so the full milestone record stays visible here. Copy starts a new alert prefilled from an old one for the next period.

Hub Banner Alerts
Manage the site-wide banner shown in the top bar on every page. Only one banner shows at a time (the most recently updated active one, within its schedule). When none are active, a default welcome message is shown.

Feedback
Short in-product questions. Each member is asked once; results collect here.
One row per response across all questions — question, type, page, date, and the answer. Responses are anonymous by design. Leave the dates empty for everything ever collected; opens in Excel or Google Sheets.

Security Center
Super AdminOne page for the Hub's security posture. Auto rows are computed live by the server about this deployment and can't be checked off by hand — they turn green only when the control actually exists. Verified rows cover what the app can't see (DigitalOcean console, DNS, written documents): a Super Admin confirms each one, and the check is recorded with name and date in the audit log. References (R numbers) match the Security Hardening Report.
1 · Code (verified in the running app)

2 · Infrastructure (DigitalOcean console, ops, DNS)
The app can't observe these itself. Tick a row once it's verified; your name and the date are recorded.

3 · Documentation
Written artifacts. Tick a row once the document exists and CFSC has it.

Membership & access
Allow Coordinators to request to join.
ON: Ex-Coordinators can view everything and keep mentoring, but can't add content. OFF: they can contribute like Coordinators.
Self-registered members confirm their address by email before they can sign in. Applies when open registration is on — invited members are already verified by accepting their invite.
ON: a "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in page emails members a reset link directly. OFF: resets are administrator-initiated from the Members list (current security posture). Admin-initiated resets work either way.
Members covered by the rule see a persistent set-up prompt at sign-in, and the Members list shows who has 2FA on. Switch to "Everyone" before production go-live.
ON: members can add a passkey (fingerprint, face, or PIN) and use "Sign in with a passkey" — phishing-resistant, and their password keeps working either way. OFF: the option disappears and passkey sign-ins are refused; passkeys already added are kept and work again when switched back on.
Content & moderation
Approve library content before publishing.
Coordinator-posted recordings and trainings wait for CFSC approval before appearing in the Training Library. OFF: they publish immediately. CFSC staff and admin posts always publish directly.
Members can flag discussions for review.
ON: contributors can turn a no-sign-in public link on or off on their own resources (every switch is audit-logged). OFF: they submit a request and CFSC approves it under Content approvals.
ON (default): the Content Library's type cards and region buttons and the Training Library's category cards show how many items sit behind each filter — useful early so nobody clicks into an empty bucket. OFF: one switch hides all of those counts once the libraries are large enough that the numbers stop being meaningful (UAT session 7 direction).
After 90 days of inactivity.
Notifications & digest
Network summary every Monday.
RSVPs get an in-app reminder the day before an event; members who opt in on the Calendar get a Monday email listing the next two weeks of events.
Policy Corner
Seasonal switches: turn each section on during the legislative session and off after. Off hides it from members — nothing is deleted, and CFSC staff keep access to ramp content up.
The tracked bills (timelines, action items, follow) on the Policy Corner and the dashboard's Policy watch.
The auto-updated reference cards. OFF also pauses the daily source scan.
Site footer
Shown at the bottom of every Hub page. Changes apply on the next page load.
CoCo Assist — AI features
Every AI feature ships dark and is turned on here, per feature, when CFSC decides. Switches save immediately. OFF hides a feature everywhere without breaking anything; cached AI output and the search index are kept, so turning a feature back on is instant. The core Hub never depends on any of this — if an AI service is down, its features quietly pause.
The kill switch. OFF removes every AI surface across the Hub at once, whatever the switches below say.
Members can ask a question in the search bar and get links to real Hub content — no generated text, falls back silently to today's keyword search. Member surface ships with the approved AI scope; the switch is ready now.
A clearly-labeled summary on long resources and recordings, generated once and cached; staff can edit, regenerate, or hide each one. Member surface ships with the approved AI scope.
A related-work panel on resource and discussion pages — links only, powered by the same index as search. Member surface ships with the approved AI scope.
The "Ask CoCo Assist" bubble: answers built only from approved Hub content, every answer cites its sources, members can flag any answer for review. Ships last, after the features above have proven out.
Infrastructure status
Computed live by the Hub about itself, so a problem is visible here before members feel it. Amber rows are expected today — nothing is configured until CFSC approves the AI scope.

Usage analytics
How often members actually use each AI-assisted feature, and what it costs in metered Claude tokens — the data behind keep-paying-or-switch-off decisions. Stored in the Hub database, so it survives restarts and is never reset. Search and related-work run on the low-cost embeddings index, so their token columns stay at zero; no per-member tracking, frequency only.

Dashboard greetings
The big welcome line on the Hub Home rotates daily through this list. One greeting per line. Two optional placeholders are filled in automatically: {name} becomes the member's first name and {opener} becomes "Good morning / afternoon / evening" based on their clock. Leave the list empty to use the Hub's built-in set of ten mission-flavored greetings.

Email templates
Edit the wording of every email the Hub sends — subject, heading, body, and button label. The branded layout, colors, and logo stay fixed. Leave a field blank to keep the default, and use Preview to see the exact email before saving. Placeholders like {{name}} are filled in automatically per send.
Releases
The Hub's deploy history, recorded automatically. Each successful deploy logs itself on first start with its version, git commit, and notes generated from the change log — nothing to enter by hand.

Training categories
The Training Library's category list — rename, reorder, add, or delete. Changes apply across the Hub immediately; a category that still has recordings can't be deleted until they're moved.
Grant alert types
The Grant Administration Alert types — label, kind, and how many days ahead each first appears. A type that still has alerts can't be deleted until they're moved.
Regions
The Task Force / Action Plan regions that organize Hub content. Rename, reorder, or add; a region in use can't be deleted. "Statewide" is a content tag — it matches every filter.
Counties & sub-entries
The checkable entries under each region — currently the 58 counties from the CFSC county-subregion mapping. Each has a primary region (where it's displayed and counted) and, for split counties, a secondary region whose filter it also matches. When the Task Force finalizes its sub-regions, replace or regroup these here — no deployment needed.
Discussion & resource topics
The topic list used by the Content Library and the Discussion Board — filters, browse-by-topic cards, and the create forms. Rename, reorder, add, or delete; changes apply immediately.
Resource types
The Content Library's type list (Guide, Template, …) in CFSC priority order — drives the sidebar filter and the share-a-resource form.
Repository categories
Categories for the beyond-the-Hub link repository. "Agency Resources (Federal & State)" rename confirmed by CFSC, Aug 2026.
Event series
The Series choices on the add-an-event form (e.g. Coordinator Monthly Meeting Series). The calendar's series filter cards follow the events themselves, so renames apply to the picker going forward.
Mentoring skills
The offering/seeking skills on Coordinator profiles and the Find-a-Coordinator filter. Members can type their own — those join this list automatically (marked "member-added") without needing approval; curate them here.
